Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Stitched by Design! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you’ll find all the details about how we handle shipping.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays or when otherwise specified) after receiving your payment confirmation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Pre - order

• Pre-orders will be processed within the timeframe stated when placing your order with the standard shipping timeframe as listed below.
• Items ordered in conjunction with a pre order item will not be shipped until the pre order item is ready to be shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We ship via Australia post

- Standard shipping $10 (2-6 business days from when your shipping confirmation has been received)

- Express shipping $15 (1-3 business days from when your shipping confirmation has been received)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at this time.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
