Things to note:
For the best embroidery results, please upload a clear image with good lighting and minimal shadows. Very detailed or heavily shaded drawings may require slight simplification to ensure a beautiful stitched finish while maintaining the essence of the original artwork.

As each hand drawing is individually digitised and embroidered to order, please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be carefully created.
If your selected garment size or colour is listed as backorder, we'll order it from our supplier before production begins. This may add an additional 3–5 business days to your turnaround time.

★Wash with similar colours
★Do not bleach or use harsh detergents
★Line dry in the shade
★Do not tumble dry
★Do not iron directly over the embroidery. If needed, turn the garment inside out and use a cool iron.
